A Little Bit About Me…
Hi, I’m Sheena! I have over 14 years of experience in real estate and my real estate company, Good Fortune Realty, is based right here in Astoria. I specialize in Residential Sales and Relocation throughout Clatsop County (Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside and Cannon Beach). I’m a certified Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS). I also own and operate Peter Pan Market & Deli in Astoria, where I put my WSET 2 Certification in Wine to use as the wine curator and wine club manager. I served as President of the Clatsop Association of Realtors in 2024 and served on the Board of Directors from 2023-2025. I’m also a mom to two teenagers and a Border Collie-Corgi mix.
I fell in love with Astoria in 2014 during a spontaneous day trip, and I knew I needed to make it my home. We moved to Astoria in 2015 from Eastern Montana, and we’ve never looked back. The Oregon Coast lifestyle is a beautiful, well-rounded way of life that’s comprised of good food, cozy homes, and the landscape that surrounds us. I love hiking the Coast Range with my dog, paddle boarding on the rivers and in the ocean, soaking up the sun on the beaches in the summer, and bringing home fresh caught seafood for dinner. I truly enjoy sharing all the things that I love about this place I call home.
I was born in Honolulu and raised in Puna on the Big Island of Hawai’i. I am Kanaka O’iwi, and my Hawaiian roots heavily influence the way I see the world and live my life. I moved to the States after marrying my husband in 2005. We lived in Montana for several years, with a short stay in Washington State, before finding our home here in Astoria.
